Last we had Sherri Dolheimer on the show, we talked about coaching and how it’s beneficial for folks who need to move forward in some way. After all, coaches help you get “unstuck”. She was excited to be attending the ACO Conference with other professional coaches and now she’s back to give us the insider scoop on ADHD Coaching.
Sherri grew up legally blind, which had its own challenges but her humor and warmth have helped create a coach who sees the potential in others when they sometimes cannot see it in themselves. I encourage you to reach out and have a conversation with her to see if there’s chemistry between you two. It’s in this chemistry where the magic of coaching can be its most powerful.
