Have you heard about ADHD energy work? You may ‘believe’ ADHD is real but if you think energy work is woo-woo, then you don’t understand mindfulness, vibrational alignment (emotional management), and the power of the subconscious mind.
Granted, my clients and I enjoy the magic and miracles that are available to each of us, but you don’t begin there.
The starting line looks more like challenges with planning, prioritizing, organizing, and motivation. These are often accompanied with emotional overwhelm.
If this is where you are, great! Helping people with ADHD is my thing, and using psychology, metaphysics, and ancient wisdom are the tools of my special blend of ‘energy work’.
My name is Jennie and I call myself a Lightwalker: part lightworker, part Jedi knight.
Shift ADHD perspectives
My mission is to help shift perspectives. This includes both of the general population’s understanding of ADHD as well as people with the diagnosis moving beyond perceived limitations or challenges.
If you’d like to learn more, go to Spiritualish.tv and discover how Lightwalking may be the form of ADHD Coaching you didn’t know you wanted. I promise, it’s the woo-woo that works.
Don’t get me wrong, I do believe putting in the time to work on your inner game is vital. But the difference between me and a lot of other ADHD Coaches is that I believe in letting it be easy.
Hard work is for people who remain in the matrix, the old paradigm.
You see, energy healing has an ease … a flow. It’s about tapping into your natural state, not fighting against it. It’s time that the old structures, such as those in education and the workplace, need to be updated to allow people with neurodiverse minds to flourish and be valued just as they are.
I provide personal coaching, group and membership programs, and online courses (designed for the ADHD population with time-management, boundaries, and emotional regulation). I also share info on my YouTube channel @expandtoelevate
and host my podcast on Fireside Chat.
